Tips for Maximum Weight Loss- Moderation, Moderation, Moderation

Whether it’s a few pounds (or more), there are good reasons for dropping those extra pounds. It’s not just a matter of being a size smaller. It’s protecting your health from the risks that come with being too heavy—and from going on diet after diet, only to gain weight back.

  1. Think positive – You can do it!!!  You can lose weight!!!  You can be healthy!!! Positive Attitude is everything.
  2. Your #1 priority is Getting Healthy – your health must go first.

In time, you will become bored with the allowed food and probably give up. These diets don't teach you healthy eating habits, and they might be nutritious to an extent but aren't well balanced. Look at Oprah - she lost weight on Nutri-System and gained more weight back when she went off Nutri-System. Why? after a while, she might be tired of eating the same old foods.
  11. Again, you will lose weight but how long before you cheat. These diets are very hard to follow because you will miss your favorite dish and you will feel you are deprived. You are bound to cheat and you gain back all the weight you lost. To my opinion, all foods are great for you - fat and unfat - and get a well balanced nutritional diet. Your main concern is to detoxify everyday to maintain your figure, health and beauty.

  21. Reduce amount of sweet intake at dinnertime. You may have them during the day so you're not deprived and crave for it around night time. No one is immune to the temptations of 20th-century, sweet and fast-food cuisine.
  22.   26. Use stairs instead of taking the elevator at work. You burn more FAT walking than running.
