Most orders placed before 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time are processed the same business day. Length of delivery is based on business days, location and product availability. Weekends and holidays are not included. Most orders to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. All international orders are sent via US Postal Service or other carrier. A certificate of mailing (PS Form 3817) or a Customs Declaration Form (PS Form 2976-A) is obtained to verify that the order has been shipped to the specified address. We are not responsible for delivery to your location. If requested, we will send you a copy of the certificate of mailing or custom form.

2. Delivery time varies based on country.

3. Rates vary based on total package weight and final destination. Unless specified, you will be contacted with the rates before your order is processed.

4. You are responsible for any charges specific to your country. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import nutritional supplements from the U.S.

5. Once the order is processed and accepted at the US Postal Service, we are not responsible for any non-delivery. We do not have any control over the delivery of an international order. You are responsible for all charges. If the package is returned to us, we will credit you the product purchase price. You are still responsible for any incurred shipping charges.

6. By confirming shipping costs, you agree to these terms.

RETURNS
Orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the unopened or opened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of our receiving your returned product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
